Searchie Hacks: Build an Automated Clubhouse Funnel With Searchie

Have you heard of Clubhouse

It’s a new social network that is blowing up. Seriously! People are spending hours on end on this platform.

But there’s a catch, it’s only available for iOS at the moment (Android users, hang in there!). That means Apple products – iPhones and iPads.

This is an exclusive club, it’s invite only. At least at the time of this blog post.

So put out those feelers and start asking your friends and colleagues that are already on Clubhouse to send you an invite. Once you have a fish on the line, it’s as easy as sending them your phone number.

We’re really excited about this hack, so let’s jump straight into things and we’ll fill you in as we go. We’ll show you how to make the most of your Clubhouse sessions (instead of letting them disappear into thin air) and leverage Searchie to create a Clubhouse funnel for your digital business.

Outcomes

First off, why are we showing you this? What are the outcomes of this hack? We’re glad you asked…

Lead Generation

There are four major steps to lead generation; Attract, Convert, Close, Delight.

The fundamentals to turn strangers into customers, and eventually even promoters or affiliates. This nifty diagram lays it out for you…

Paid And Free Memberships

Why not use this content from Clubhouse to create a membership? No one can be on Clubhouse 24/7 (Clubhouse fans, this is not a challenge), so a membership is a great way to offer your recordings through a monthly subscription.

What You’ll Need

There are a few tools required for this hack, and there’s a good chance you might already have all three! If you need to create one or all accounts, don’t worry about it. The goal of Searchie Hacks is to keep things simple and easy!

All of this should take 15 minutes or less.

Searchie

You wouldn’t have a toolbox without a hammer or a wrench. Think of us as the hammer of your cyber toolbox – you need Searchie to get the job done. If you don’t have a Searchie account yet, head to searchie.io

Clubhouse

Again, it’s only available for iOS and you’ll need an invite. If you don’t have any mates on Clubhouse already that you can ask for an invite – or maybe they used them already, let’s just say join the Searchie Community. We may have a few invites flying around.

Google Drive or Dropbox

Chances are you have one of Google Drive or Dropbox to store your photos, videos, documents… what have you. They’re pretty popular, and the best part, they’re free. We suggest these tools because most of you likely have an account already set up already, and we are all about reducing overwhelm.

Alright, now that we got that stuff figured out. Here’s how to build an automated clubhouse funnel with Searchie.

Step 1

Record Your Clubhouse Session

There’s currently no way to record a session, or download within the Clubhouse app.

So… We made a Searchie Playbook just for you.

Check out this easy step-by-step guide to record Clubhouse on your phone.

It’s super simple.

Privacy

Before you start recording, there are some terms and conditions you want to read up on to make sure everything’s kosher. These are the Clubhouse rules. And this is serious, you’ll get suspended if you aren’t compliant – you’ve been warned.

The big takeaway is that you need to be the host and you’ll need to make sure you have permission to record from your speakers.

A tip from the Searchie Community: Write Recorded in the room title. You can also mention that you’ll be recording the room as you invite up speakers.

Step 2

Automatically Transcribe Your Clubhouse Recording Using Searchie

Connect your Google Drive or Dropbox to Searchie. Back up your session into Searchie to generate a transcript of your Clubhouse session.

Once you have this process set up, you’re laughing. Automation is a beautiful thing.

Searchie automatically transcribes and captions your Clubhouse Session so it’s ready to add to a Playlist, Searchie Hub or share as a Video Player.

Step 3

Create An Automated Playlist

Create an automated playlist in Searchie and share/embed to your funnel software or via Searchie Hubs.

Make sure to turn on auto-process, so that every time you add a new Clubhouse recording to your Google Drive or Dropbox folder, it will automatically be processed and added to your Searchie Playlist.

This means that it will automatically be shown anywhere you have embedded or shared the URL.

If you aren’t looking to share a playlist, you can share an individual file as a media player on an external page. Toggle on or off the option for your viewers to see captions, transcriptions, even the option to download the video.

Share Your Content In A Searchie Hub

If you aren’t using Searchie Hubs already, you should be. You could use a funnel software… or add your content into a Searchie Hub to create an online membership area and generate leads.
